High Impact and Instrumental role: We would like you to develop and drive business development programs that can ultimately achieve either of the 3 outcomes:

    1. Sales of products/solutions/services, or
    1. Alliance & channel partnerships to resell, co-sell, etc., or
    1. Any new form of sales & marketing campaigns, be it direct or indirect, resulting in sales closures.

Business development is the heart & soul of our organization. We want you to be creative and identify opportunities for us to span our wings and soar, while at the same time, building the elements necessary for scalability and sustainability.

We will be focusing on a few themes:

  • Smart-Connected Homes, products and applications
  • Smart-Connected Office/Workplace, products and applications
  • Smart-Connected Healthcare & Wellness, products and applications
  • Cybersecurity Products, software, and services


Milestone 1: Who are your customers? Define the profile of your target customer based on the demographic, geographic location, professional background, any other specified variables.

Milestone 2: Customer Discovery Interviewing customers to understand their needs and fit for user profile - matching the right customer to startup product/service

Milestone 3: Iterating Sales Strategies Using previous sales strategy - test and analyse results on new customer segment

Milestone 4: Feedback & Improvement Suggestions for improvement to existing sales strategies based on results gathered from tests
