Brief

In conjunction with the Smart Nation transformation initiative, we have a mission for you - Make all home owners and residents understand, appreciate the value, and adopt Smart-Connected Homes. The current market in this area has been filled with noise, some misrepresentation, non-educated sales & marketing tactics, and cut-throat price wars.

We want to reach out in any way possible to either organizations and/or consumers on what truly constitute a Smart-Connected Home, what are the values, and to engage knowledgeable, brand neutral, and ecosystem-centric practitioners to enable Smart-Connected Homes.

In the process of doing so, it is important to emphasize that (1) Cheap is not always good (2) Do not always compare by means of technical specification, go by what you need and fitting to your living environment (3) Referral of Smart Home integration provider may be biased so do your due diligence (4) Do not forget the element of security (5) Most Important of all, there's more to hardware and connection for a Smart-Connected Home - Application & Services Ecosystem.

Localization, Personal, and Empathy are 2 critical factors in making your project successful. Technology has always been cut and dry and we do not intend to go down such path. We would like you to find ways on how to use emotional appeal, such as associating Smart-Connected Home features and outcomes with the 5 human senses. Simply, we should shed light on the objective and subjective benefits of Smart-Connected Home, that it either extends our reach or brings us closer to a better quality of life.

Milestone 3: Developing Your Social Media Strategy Testing content distribution with simple content pieces. Developing key metrics, accompanied by guidelines for objectives, key messages and social engagement.
