With over four decades of history in Singapore, Guardian has built a reputation for reliability, commitment and responsible pharmaceutical dispensing. We stock a wide range of health care, skin care and beauty products, and our in-store specialists offer customers expert advice and support. Operations and business models within an e-commerce organization are very stagnant with limited innovation. Operating as a sort of internal startup within Guardian, we identify and build multiple opportunities for growth within the organization, to help expand both in terms of technology and business opportunities.

We’re just about getting started and are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who could help us discover new and innovative ways to better care for our customers.

We are launching a new subscription product at Guardian (more like a new service for existing products line) and want to identify the best customer segment for the product and if this offering solves users' pain points.


Milestone 1: Who are your customers? Define the profile of your target customer based on the demographic, geographic location, professional background, any other specified variables.

Milestone 2: Customer Discovery Interviewing customers to understand their needs and fit for user profile - matching the right customer to startup product/service

Milestone 3: Iterating Sales Strategies Using previous sales strategy - test and analyse results on new customer segment

Milestone 4: Feedback & Improvement Suggestions for improvement to existing sales strategies based on results gathered from tests
