Shipboy Pty Ltd is an SME based in Sydney, which has participated in the carpet cleaning industry with its unique procedures for decades. We deliver quality and environment-friendly solutions regarding health-threatening factors including dirt & dust, stains, odours, microbes, etc. Our employees (operators) work part-timely on almost every weekend with a casual and friendly team-based culture. Meanwhile, we allow and encourage our employees to develop domestic customers and share the income from their self-brought orders. The owner advocates the Artisan's spirit and values the delivery of quality outcome over the production of profits. As a result, the growth of our business remains little with just a handful profit. We are looking forward to some intelligent minds to help the company grow!
Currently, the team aims at establishing high-end customers, usually big companies with reputation, who treasure the health of their employees and agree that the relationship between hygienic working environment and the reduced days of sick leave could eventually result in higher efficiency and profit rate. We are looking forward to a fantastic marketing plan in which our strengths, including our unique procedures and valuable resources of the top-ranked customers, can be utilised entirely. More specific goals may include:
1. evaluate our current strategy regarding the market capacity, compliance with the demands of our target clients, etc.
2. establish an initial plan for our never--ever-existing digital campaign including the proper channels/platforms, forms ( by emailing, videos, posts, website page?)
3. draft a budget accordingly

After launching successfully 10 months ago, x-hebit is under-going re-design and migrating to a new platform. The next phase is to position x-hebit as the go-to platform for all things to do with sustainable event planning. This will be done via content marketing through social media. The content is already available, it needs to be presented strategically and in a graphically appealing and creative manner. We are planning to use Canva to create graphics, but are open to other design tools as well. Graphics will then be published through social channels such as Instagram, FB, and Twitter.
We're also looking to develop a campaign (hopefully viral) that brings attention to sustainable events (and x-hebit). Candidates should have an interest in graphic design & marketing and be willing to think outside the box! If you have good ideas and want to experiment, come on board :)
x-hebit is a platform for sustainable event planning, and we focus on providing original content on a regular basis. For this project, we would like to refresh some of our existing content to align it with UN Sustainable Development Goals. New content topics will include subjects related to sustainable events and event planning.
In addition to content creation, we'd also like to: establish a list of news agencies that produce relevant content and can be used for re-print (to republish their articles with their permission); develop guidelines for authors to contribute to x-hebit, source for local authors and engage them; and build an idea bank for future articles.

ChicP creates a variety of hummus from surplus fruit and vegetables.
The range of 3 flavours are currently sold in a number of retail and food service outlets in and around London.
We are hoping to have a contract with a larger retailer mid way through this year and are looking to continue to grow our volume as quickly as possible in order to be able to work directly with British Farmers, using their surplus. To use their surplus vegetables, we need to be using large enough quantities of their vegetables to make it economically justifiable.
We also want to be using plastic pots that are from a circular economy (from recycled material that can be recycled again).
In this project, we want to work with a team who can identify key strategies for improving the digital footprint of ChicP through the distribution of meaningful cross-promoted, SEO-driven content. It would be very interesting to work with influencers, other brands, journalists/writers, and on content sites such as Medium, LinkedIn, etc. to increase engagement! Working with others, we can cross-promote our content and come up with fun and engaging campaigns that are mutually beneficial. This will help grow ChicP's social which will help us get on board with more customers.
In the course of this project you will research fields concerning content management, social media marketing & data analytics and deliver them back to students as curriculum chapters which you will write and update using Markdown and Git.
