In every market, cultural norms, global and industry-specific regulations, a stakeholder's influence, the interconnectivity of risk and a country's risk profile, all play a factor in weighing a specific reputation risk for a company. This project will focus on solving specific challenges in this context. Dormovi will be collecting lots of data from tenants through tenant questionnaires, their social network profiles and other sources. That data will allow us to create a virtual fingerprint of that person. This unique profile with many attributes may than be matched to a landlords preference for a tenant. Finding the right tenant is or should be top of mind for a landlord and we can provide the right tenant so a landlord may have a trusted relationship with the tenant. Analyzing that data and creating a score and profile about the tenant will be the focus of this project.
