We are looking for a team with an eye for detail who can read into data across existing marketing plaftforms including our e-commerce website, fortnightly blog, newsletter as well as social media handles on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter helping us to make more informed strategic and tactical decisions regarding content. Currently we use Simply Measured reports but need to cross correlate data across platforms and generate consumer insights that will help inform how best to grow engagement around our brand and what generates the greatest traction moving forwards. We are looking for talent who can spot the opportunities in data – influencer and commercial opportunities we have missed - who engage with our brand most on a daily basis. We are open to new ideas, ways we can integrate AI into current systems to track this better.
RookieUp is an on-demand mentorship platform for aspiring designers, and we're launching an online bootcamp! The bootcamp will pair students with mentors and they'll work together to develop amazing portfolio projects with the sole focus on helping students build laser-focused portfolios that wow recruiters and help them land their dream jobs. The program will last around 4-6 weeks.
The bootcamp will, at first, be focused specifically on aspiring UX/UI and Visual Designers. We've done a lot of unpaid guest blogging before, but would like to develop a strategy to target people learning design more aggressively across the web. We'll have a small paid marketing budget and are looking for ideas on the best ways to utilize this budget, while also focusing heavily on unpaid marketing efforts (social media, content marketing, other partnerships). An ideal channel is a low-touch partnership with an existing design service or platform that teaches design skills but doesn't focus on mentorship or portfolio building.
