WorldArtCommunity.com is an online peer to peer marketplace for artists, designers and crafters currently running in India and working on expanding globally. The scope of the project would cover understanding the existing content approach and recommending a 12-month roadmap for content generation, taking into account market best practices.
We're looking for a clear stack-ranked analysis of all the data science and machine learning communities. We then want to create a clear strategy around developing the world's best machine learning content and interview the top influencers.
In the past we've interviewed the founding engineer at linkedin and some key researchers in the space. We've grown to 8,000 members strong.
Grasp is a platform for foreign language teachers and students to promote themselves, set their own terms and deal directly by requesting lessons with/from each other. Think of like a tutor-Uber. The current problem is that the ELT/CLT (English/Chinese language training) industry silos off students and teachers from each other, requiring the need of a middleman or recruiter to help make a match, sometimes without the teacher or student's best interest in mind. We aim to get rid of roadblocks and high % cuts from middlemen by offering the opportunity for students and teachers to deal directly with each other on our platform. For free.
We hope to spread the word through developing engaging content. We want Grasp to be the inductry go-to when it comes to finding teachers and students nearby. This project is good for those who share a passion for education and startups. Aka, you're an "edu-preneur".
Problem: Small community of followers and low conversion to sales Goal of project: Increase number of followers and build trust in the brand, which will in the future help organic sales
We are looking for somebody who understands social media and what makes people tick online. The aim is to start using social media to generate trust amongst the online community so that people follow us and respect us as actively wishing to help businesses.
I would like to put together a comprehensive "streaming video app" review deck comparing the features and success of the top 20 apps around the world. We can make small videos showing the functions of each app. So the output would be to record the opening of all the major streaming video and short form video apps, and then demo all the functions.
1) to make sure that we are really up-to-date on what the competition is doing.
2) be able to share with the MeMe Japan team (and India in the near future).
Some apps have an English interface, but many, like Inke are only in Mandarin, so it's quite hard for others to quickly download and figure it out, plus it takes time to learn each app and what makes it appealing, so a summary for each app will be very useful. We can start by making an example for 映客 and 华椒.
