What, when and how often are 3 important questions we would like answered with this project. At the end of this project, we would like to increase our number of subscribers, keep our current subscribers engaged, create a calendar that explains what to send out, what days and times are the most beneficial, and how often we should be sending each type of email.
Our kick-ass product is set to expand in Australia and we need some crazy heads and scissor hands to hustle up on the business development and strategy! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will involve a list of following aspects:
- Analyze the existing sales and marketing strategies in the non-Australian market that we are currently working with, and learn from what worked and what did not.
- Come up with a business plan (with your mentor's help) and test it out in the market
- Have the drive to go over and physically talk to some potential businesses to get feedback and iterate on the business development/sales plan.
