Globally, there is growing concern and interest in knowing how our rivers are doing. Governments use manual and expensive testing methods that provide periodic but high quality data. KotahiNet has developed a river water quality device that is much lower cost, measures quality every 15 minutes, and communicates data wirelessly in real-time. This device will be tested in 5 sites in the Waikato River, New Zealand. We want to determine how much interest there is in other countries, get potential contacts for trials, and identify any issues in our global expansion.
Our company is growing but it is mostly organic and word of mouth. We have won many awards and been mentioned on traditional media constantly but we haven't done any strategy on how to maximize it. We hope to increase sales via social media of our services and drone products as well as increase our brand awareness as we explore projects like Drone Deliveries , Land Titling using Drones and our Drone Racing Series
You can really have an impact! We need so many different things done and you'll be put in charge of doing it from start to finish so you'll have a real reference project to point to. Let's start by having a Facebook strategy and page and setting up something so that the Facebook page can be part of the sales funnel we are building. And, time permitting, we'll need something similar for Twitter and LinkedIn.
So what are we bulding? A very highly focused training portal for the dental industry.
For part of the project I'll be in the US so keep that in mind with scheduling but as of January 21st I'll be back in France so the time zone difference will be a bit easier to manage.

Just like Smart Home adoption, we are currently finding it challenging to drive awareness of smart office to the public. Many companies are also trying to promote various terminologies such as 'smart workspace' 'connected/intelligent workplace,' and these terminologies are also confusing people. In addition, local renovation companies can mislead the adopters by 'shortcutting' the facts on how to get started, what does it do, and its possibilities. These automation/renovation companies neither understand the technologies behind it nor able to integrate with existing office capabilities, so their explanation is limited to what they understand. This leads to skepticism and prospects decide hold/cancel the adoption.
Our current challenges we need to address are:
