Hello everyone! I am the founder of Pulp Pantry, creating delicious better-for-you, better-for-the-Earth snacks from neglected resources such as juice pulp. I would love to increase the brand awareness and reach, as well as build on the idea of Pulp Pantry as a lifestyle brand promoting values related to stewardship: for your body, your community, and your environment. I would be excited to work with a student team to identify key strategies for improving the digital footprint of Pulp Pantry through the distribution of meaningful cross-promoted, SEO-driven content. It would be very interesting to work with influencers, other brands, journalists/writers, and on content sites such as Mind Body Green, Medium, LinkedIn, etc. to increase engagement! Working with others, we can cross-promote our content and come up with fun and engaging campaigns that are mutually beneficial.
We send a newsletter on a weekly basis, called the Meditators' digest by ~ZenFriend, you can subscribe on http://zenfriend.com/Newsletterform%20(3).html.
It is sent to everyone downloading the app and leaving their email address that is currently around 10,500 people. We are using MailChimp to monitor our emailing campaigns, let us know if you wish to have access to our MailChimp account.
The content of the newsletter is 4 articles, all about meditation, and they all have been published previously on our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. The articles are written from Blogmutt contributors.
What, when and how often are 3 important questions we would like answered with this project. At the end of this project, we would like to increase our number of subscribers, keep our current subscribers engaged, create a calendar that explains what to send out, what days and times are the most beneficial, and how often we should be sending each type of email.
Our kick-ass product is set to expand in Australia and we need some crazy heads and scissor hands to hustle up on the business development and strategy! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will involve a list of following aspects:
- Analyze the existing sales and marketing strategies in the non-Australian market that we are currently working with, and learn from what worked and what did not.
- Come up with a business plan (with your mentor's help) and test it out in the market
- Have the drive to go over and physically talk to some potential businesses to get feedback and iterate on the business development/sales plan.
